Delivery Time=Processing Time + Shipping Time.
• Our estimated delivery date is based on several factors, including the destination address, and the time we assemble and prepare your items for shipment.
• We offer international shipping for most destinations of the World. The standard shipping will take 5 to 21 business days with extra 1 to 3 business days of processing time for every order.
• Delivery UAE – 1-2 working days. GCC countries 2 to 5 working days.
• The processing time may vary for different items. Once your order is placed, we will also inform you through your registered email.
Shipping cost.
We connect to courier providers at checkout and calculate real-time shipping costs based on package weight, volume, and destination of your order. However, at your request, the cost of standard delivery can be calculated according to our standard scheme. 35 AED delivery for all UAE, and 40$ for international shipping for most destinations of the World. We also offer Free Shipping on Orders over 1000 $.

Return policy
Due to the fact that most of our goods are made of natural, fragile stone, like Baltic Amber, we don’t offer returns or refunds. You must be very careful when unpacking your package. We pack our goods with the utmost care for subsequent delivery. However, if you received item being different from the item shown in the picture, or the item described, please inform us with in 24 hours, if such a case.
